On 13–14 September, YOT will host the first edition of The Captains' Swing at Terre Blanche — one of Europe's most prestigious golf resorts, 45 minutes from Cannes in the heart of the Riviera hinterland.
A new format, by invitation only, designed to bring together the people who run yachting and those who enable it: captains, decision-makers, and premium brands — in the same place, at the same time, for two days of golf, conversation and curated experiences.
A format built for the industry
Golf and yachting share the same codes: precision, discretion, network, excellence. The Captains' Swing is built on that natural overlap — and on a simple observation. The industry has no dedicated moment where captains and their most engaged partners can spend real time together, off the dock, without a commercial agenda hanging over every exchange.
For its inaugural edition, the event will gather 120 participants across a fully curated setting: two 18-hole championship courses, a 300-hectare private estate, and 50 suites at a Leading Hotels of the World resort. Intentionally small. Intentionally disruptive.
Two days, one conversation
Sunday, 13 September Guest welcome from 4:00 PM, golf practice and curated experiences, partner lounges and dedicated spaces, networking cocktail followed by a gala dinner — closed by the official unveiling of the 2026–2027 circuit.
Monday, 14 September A pressure-free golf day with mixed teams of captains, sponsors and guests, an outdoor brunch experience, a yachting roundtable, and a partner village with curated activations.
Extend the experience
The Captains' Swing is deliberately timed to extend the week of the Cannes Yachting Festival (8–13 September 2026). Invited guests gain access to bespoke, immersive experiences throughout the days — and the connections made on the course continue to activate across the wider YOT ecosystem long after the event itself.
The ambition isn't to add another event to an already crowded season. It's to create a single, high-quality moment where the right people meet, unhurried, and where the conversations that shape the next chapter of yachting actually happen.
